GAMES I MADE WITH THE METHOD
STAGE 01 · THE MISTAKE
Ask AI for a game and see what comes out
I asked, in one sentence: "make a truck game". Drag the bar and compare it with what the same AI makes when there is a project behind it.
NO METHODWITH THE METHOD
On the left, an illustration of the kind of result a one-sentence request produces. On the right, a screenshot of Frete Extremo.
- GenericSimple shapes, no detail, just like a thousand others.
- FragileOn the third change, it breaks. By the tenth, the AI is undoing what was already done.
- StuckThe way it comes out, it can't go to Google Play or Steam.
Same AI. Same person. The difference is the method.
STAGE 02 · THE GAMES I MADE
I made these six games in one month, on my own
These are my games, made with the method. They are here as an example of what you can do. In the classes, you make your own.
▼ TAP TO SEE EACH ONE
SKATEBOARDING · PIXEL ART · ONLINE
Rolê
Pixel art skateboarding in the style of the classics, with special tricks and an online ranked mode. The skater riding along the bottom of this page came from this game.
I didn't write a single line of code, didn't draw a single character and didn't compose a single song.
And one person alone has already gone a very long way.
Some of the biggest hits of recent years didn't come out of a studio. They came from one person, alone, at home.
- Stardew ValleyEric Barone, solo41 millioncopies sold. It took him more than 4 years.
- BalatroLocalThunk, solo5 millioncopies in under a year. $1 million in the first 8 hours.
- Vampire SurvivorsLuca Galante, solo7+ millioncopies, by estimate. It took him about a year.
None of them was made with AI, and they are all rare cases: most games sell very little. They are here to show that one person can do it. What changed is the time: what used to take years now takes weeks with AI. Figures from the publishers and official websites; the Vampire Survivors figure is a third-party estimate.
STAGE 03 · THE NIGHT SHIFT
You sleep. The game keeps moving.
- 23:41 you, from your phone: have level 3 ready by tomorrow
- 23:42 AI: building the level 3 scenery
- 01:15 AI: drawing 14 characters and objects in the game's style
- 03:02 AI: running the tests... 12 of 12 passed
- 06:30 AI: done. Level 3 is playable.
The conversation above is an illustration of how it works.
I have my regular job. The computer stays on at home, with the AI working, and I send instructions from my phone, wherever I am.
- On a work break
- At the gym
- In the grocery line
- Before bed
You don't need to quit your job. You need a few minutes, a few times a day, to tell the AI what to do.
STAGE 04 · THE HIDDEN TREASURE
The biggest games market is in your pocket
Everyone who dreams of making games talks about Steam. Almost nobody sees mobile as a source of income. But that is where most of the money in games is.
How much games bring in per year on each platform. Newzoo forecast for 2026.
There is already a name for this moment: the gold rush of AI-made games.
How a free game makes money
Ads
The player chooses to watch a video to earn a reward. Whoever made the game gets paid for it.
In-game purchases
An outfit for the character, a pack of coins, a new level.
No ads
The player pays once and plays without interruptions.
A REAL EXAMPLE
Idle Slayer
A simple pixel art game: a hero runs on his own through a side-scrolling world and knocks down monsters. The player taps to jump and keeps buying upgrades. Released in 2020 by an independent developer.
The animation above is my own illustration of the genre, so you can see how simple it is. It is not footage of Idle Slayer. See the real game on Google Play
With AI, a game like this takes one day
A side-scrolling world, a character, a few monsters and numbers that go up. With AI, the first playable version of a game like this is ready in one day, with your own characters and ideas.
And that is the simplest step. The six games you saw above, with physics, 3D and online play, were made the same way.
Sensor Tower estimate, checked in October 2026. Idle Slayer was not made with AI: the example shows the type of game and the market. One game's results do not guarantee another's.
A published game is an asset you own. It earns as long as it has players.
- 23:50 you: went to sleep
- 01:12 Japan: a new player downloaded the game
- 02:37 United States: someone watched an ad +$
- 04:05 India: someone bought a coin pack +$
- 06:30 you: woke up. The game worked all night.
An illustration of how it works. Not the statement of a real game.
STAGE 05 · THE FIVE POWERS
The Architect Method
You stop executing and start deciding. The method is what makes the AI follow your lead all the way to the end. Tap each block to unlock the power.
READY TO USE
The method comes with the tools
The Architect Method is not just a way of thinking. It includes ready-made tools and skills, which are commands you install that already teach the AI how to make each part of the game.
You don't start from zero and you don't lose weeks on setup. Install, ask, and the AI already knows the way.
WHY GAME ARCHITECTS?
The roles have flipped
Before, you did everything and the tool only helped. Today it's the other way around: the AI does the work, and you are the one who decides.
An architect doesn't lay bricks. An architect designs the house, chooses every detail and holds the builders to it until it's just right. Here, the building is the game, the builder is the AI and the architect is you.
And nobody designs alone. The community exists so people can look at each other's projects and everyone grows faster.

I'm not a YouTuber and I'm not a guru of anything. I'm someone with a job who always dreamed of making games and making a living from them.
I've been a developer for more than fifteen years, and even so, making games on my own never fit into my life. Now it does.
I used to be a CTO. I know how to code, but I didn't code these games. What experience gives me is knowing how to structure a project so it doesn't fall apart. That is built into the method, so you don't need to know it.
My games are on their way to the stores, and I share that story inside the community: every launch, the real numbers, what worked and what didn't.

- A regular computer that stays on
- Your phone
- Internet
- A Claude Code subscription, the AI that does the work
You don't need to know how to code, and you don't need to have ever made a game.
THE TEAM YOU DON'T NEED TO HIRE
- Programmer
- Artist
- Musician
- Tester
A game used to need all of them, and each one cost a salary. Today AI fills these roles.

BONUS · QUESTIONS
Questions
Do I need to know how to code or to have made a game before?
No, neither one. It helps to be good at explaining what you want.
How much does Claude Code cost per month?
The entry plan costs 20 dollars a month. You pay the company that owns the AI directly, by card, and cancel whenever you want. It's the only fixed cost: the program where the game is built is free. When you publish, the store fees apply.
Are the lessons recorded or live?
The lessons are on video: you watch them whenever you want, as many times as you want, and you can join with the course already underway. On top of that, there are live sessions to answer questions, support the group and review the games. The full path is on the map above, from the first game to promotion.
How soon will my first game be ready?
A simple game you can already play comes out of the first class. A game ready for the store takes a few weeks, depending on its size and how much time you have. My six took one month.
What language are the lessons in?
English. The course launches in English and in Portuguese, with its own lessons in each language, and you talk to the AI in English.
Is the Claude Code entry plan enough?
For a small game, yes. The difference with the bigger plans is the weekly usage limit: if it runs out before the game is done, you wait for the next week and keep going. I use the top plan because I make several big games at the same time.
Can I do it all from my phone?
You run everything from your phone, but you need a computer that stays on, which is where the AI works and the game is built.
I have a job and little time. Can I do it?
Yes. That's how I did it: in my spare time, sending instructions from my phone throughout the day.
Will my game look AI-made?
Only if you accept the first thing it gives you. With style direction, the game comes out looking like yours. The classes teach you how to give that direction.
Do AI-made games succeed?
Players don't choose a game by how it was made. They choose it for the idea and the quality. AI just speeds things up.
If it makes money, why are you teaching it?
Because the market is huge, and you making your game takes nothing away from mine. I want a community of people who love this. And yes, I also earn from it.
Will I get rich?
Nobody can promise that. What you get is the ability to take a game out of your head and have it ready in weeks, spending little, and to do it again as many times as you want. What I see here is a real chance at extra income and, over time, who knows, your main income. That's what I'm betting my own life on.
Will I get your games?
No. You get the games built from scratch during the classes and all the tools. Mine you follow from the inside: the launches and the numbers.
Is the game I make mine?
Yes. You publish it under your name and keep the revenue.
Do I need a powerful computer?
No. A regular computer does the job. Only publishing for iPhone requires a Mac.
How do I get a refund?
Within seven days of your purchase, ask through the confirmation email you received or by contacting me. You get the full amount back.
How do I get access?
By email, right after payment: access to the lessons and the live sessions, and the invite to the WhatsApp group.
